The glass film deleting machine is a device specifically designed for removing coatings and films from the surface of glass.
It adopts a dual-track design and operates smoothly.
The pressure and thickness of the peeling wheels are adjusted by cylinders, with an accuracy of up to millimeter level.
A variable frequency speed control design is used, enabling the glass film deleting machine to adjust the speed according to different types of glass.
An air-floating platform is used, with low friction and minimal damage to the glass.
The double-layer peeling mode includes heating peeling and mechanical peeling, suitable for different process flows.

The semi-automatic glass loading machine​ is equipped with an unlimited remote controller, supports point operation, and has a "memory" function. Once the demonstration is completed, it can repeat the operation.
The fully automatic glass loading machine​ adopts a PLC control system, has one-button operation, is fully automated, integrates automatic film detection, 360° rotation, picking, and release, and also has the function of pre-storing parameters.

This glass lifting sling is constructed with a four-layer composite structure. The outer three layers are made of high-strength polyurethane for load-bearing, while the inner layer is a high-tech anti-cutting layer.This ensures a long service life.
An R-shaped angle steel is embedded between the load-bearing layer and the cut-resistant layer, which can be used for a lifetime and ensures the glass lifting sling strong load-bearing capacity.
It has strong environmental adaptability, is resistant to ultraviolet rays, chemicals and moisture, and can operate within the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃.
The load capacity can reach up to 15 tons.

The inflation section adopts the bottom charging and top exhaust mode. The gas nozzles in the non-working area automatically close, resulting in a high gas utilization rate
Safety monitoring device, low-voltage automatic sound and light alarm

This super large electrical glass lifter is equipped with 24 industrial-grade vacuum suction cups (the number of suction cups can be selected). It is commonly used for high-altitude operations, such as curtain wall installation.
The dual safety system of vacuum alarm and power failure protection will lock the suction cups after a power failure and ensure that the glass will not fall off from the glass vacuum lifter within 15 minutes. The safety factor is very high.
