    The conveyor uses two belts for transportation, featuring automatic positioning, variable frequency speed control and telescopic function.

    The washing machine is equipped with its own water treatment system and water heating system.
    The blower is equipped with variable frequency speed control, allowing the air volume to be adjusted.

    Glass Washer Quality:
    The glass washer is equipped with sand and carbon filters along with soft coat low-e brushes. This combination ensures that the glass is not only cleaned thoroughly but also remains scratch-free.
    Air knives are used to ensure that the glass is completely dry after washing.
    Inspection and Spacer Placement Conveyor Panel:
    The conveyor panel has a special treatment, which provides convenience for glass inspection.
    TPE Applicator:
    It offers precision application at high speeds, maximizing output.
    The application head allows for inverse corners and can handle variable shapes.
    Pressing Quality:
    Ensures excellent sealant adhesion and presses the glass to the overall unit thickness with tight tolerances.
    There is an optional gas filling feature with an initial percentage of 90%.
    Additional Option:
    Automatic glass placement at infeed and outfeed further reduces labor costs.
    Line Choices:
    The line allows for choices between IG (insulated glass) with TEP warm edge spacer and traditional aluminum spacer.
