The conveyor uses two belts for transportation, featuring automatic positioning, variable frequency speed control and telescopic function.
The cleaning machine is equipped with 3 sets of custom-made brushes, ensuring thorough cleaning without causing any damage to the glass.
The washing machine is equipped with its own water treatment system and water heating system.
The blower is equipped with variable frequency speed control, allowing the air volume to be adjusted.
The full line can process double glass, triple glass, quadruple glass, 3 side step units
The core components are all sourced from well-known brands both domestically and internationally.
The glass press machine can automatically monitor the size of the glass, independently control the area of the suction cup, and does not waste gas.
The glass press machine employs a unique technology and an upward inflation method to ensure that no dust or air enters the interior of the glass, and no bubbles are formed inside the glass.

The outer plate section is hydraulically driven to smoothly move the worktable, and the motor + variable frequency speed regulation drives the lifting. When applying adhesive, the depth of the adhesive strip is digitally displayed and precisely adjusted by the handwheel, achieving high-precision processing throughout the process
The inflation section adopts the bottom charging and top exhaust mode. The gas nozzles in the non-working area automatically close, resulting in a high gas utilization rate

Glass Washer Quality:
The glass washer is equipped with sand and carbon filters along with soft coat low-e brushes. This combination ensures that the glass is not only cleaned thoroughly but also remains scratch-free.
Air knives are used to ensure that the glass is completely dry after washing.
Inspection and Spacer Placement Conveyor Panel:
The conveyor panel has a special treatment, which provides convenience for glass inspection.
TPE Applicator:
It offers precision application at high speeds, maximizing output.
The application head allows for inverse corners and can handle variable shapes.
Pressing Quality:
Ensures excellent sealant adhesion and presses the glass to the overall unit thickness with tight tolerances.
There is an optional gas filling feature with an initial percentage of 90%.
Additional Option:
Automatic glass placement at infeed and outfeed further reduces labor costs.
Line Choices:
The line allows for choices between IG (insulated glass) with TEP warm edge spacer and traditional aluminum spacer.
