The outer plate section adopts variable frequency speed regulation hydraulic drive, which drives the worktable to move up and down and forward and backward,achieving high precis alignment of the glass and ensuring the consistency of glass bonding.
The automatic clamping plate pressing (with gas filling inside the plate) adopts ball screw pressing + linear guide rail pressing to ensure uniform pressure on the glass and prevent damage.
The inflation part adopts servo drive and automatically adjusts the gap. The bottom seal design combined with top exhaust increases the inflation efficiency by 40%, with the inert gas concentration reaching over 90%, and saves 30% of energy for argon filling(the gas nozzle automatically closes when not inflated).
The optimal process parameters are automatically generated based on the size and thickness of the glass. The expansion time of 1000×1000mm glass is ≤3 seconds, and the interlayer qualification rate is ≥99.8%.
