It can be customized in size and design. In manual mode, 15 racks can be installed in one group. Our most popular model is a group of 10 racks.
 

This glass storage system adopts a vertical design, with a compact structure and efficient space utilization. It is suitable for small warehouses as well, provided that the height exceeds 4 meters.
The wheels at the bottom of each drawer are equipped with mechanical locking devices, which can fix the position and prevent sliding, avoiding accidents and ensuring safety and reliability.
The drawers can be pulled horizontally for quick access to the glass.
Each glass storage system can accommodate up to 40 drawers, with a maximum load capacity of 40 tons.
The surface is equipped with rubber with built-in steel plates, which has a natural affinity for glass.

This glass harp rack​ can store various types of glass, such as float glass, tempered glass, LOE-E glass, etc.
It is an excellent tool for pairing insulating glass. The unique design ensures that the error between the two pieces of glass during pairing is less than 0.5 millimeters.
Mark numbers at the bottom of the glass harp rack​. The unique pedal design enables quick positioning and retrieval of the glass corresponding to the marked numbers.
The small nylon wheels at the bottom are used to place the glass. The specially made PVB steel tube is used to isolate the glass, ensuring zero damage to the glass on the glass harp rack​.

L-shaped racks are the most widely used solutions for storing and transporting glass in glass deep processing and door&window factories.

The harp rack is available with 40,50, 84 or 100 slots and comes with plastic - covered rods. 
There are two types of bottoms. One is equipped with pulleys, which allow the glass to slide in and out of the rack easily and safely. 
The other is made of low - friction, high - density polyethylene material, which provides greater stability when the glass is placed on it and offers a non - stick surface for insulated glass. 
The surface is powder - coated, and custom colors are supported. It is equipped with 4 swivel casters, each with a load - bearing capacity of 1 ton.
