The YXM1 Glass Shape Edging Machine is professionally engineered for grinding and polishing the outer edges of shaped glass. It supports the processing of various edge profiles including flat edge with arris, pencil edge, bevel edge and OG edge simply by replacing the grinding wheel. Featuring an easily adjustable spindle height, the equipment adopts a pneumatic cylinder to realize automatic processing of round glass. The turntable drive motor and wear-resistant gear are integrated inside the base housing, with stepless speed regulation for flexible and stable operation, delivering high efficiency and reliable performance for glass edging work.

The XM351/XM351A/XM371 Glass Straight-line Beveling Machines are specifically designed for completing rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of the bevel, and grinding of the bottom edge in a single operation on glasses with varying sizes and thicknesses. With their versatile processing capabilities, these machines can accommodate a wide range of glass specifications, making them an excellent choice for glass processing workshops and factories.

The ZM9 glass straight-line edging machine is designed for grinding straight edges and 45° arrises on flat glass of various sizes and thicknesses, with rough grinding, fine grinding and angle forming completed in one pass. It features a specially designed in-feed section for easy glass removal control, independent wool felt wheels with cerium oxide for bright finishes, and timing belt conveyors for high transmission precision. With synchronous front arris head movement, reliable ABB/Schneider electrical components and a full lubrication system, it supports continuous processing of same-thickness glass and can form a complete production line for glass shower doors. It offers three operation modes: manual, digital display, and PLC control with touch screen and pneumatic polishing.
