This glass tempering furnace is equipped with a PLC control system, which is fully automated. It features real-time monitoring, abnormal alarm function, and one-key control capabilities. 
Multi-layer and multi-station design, capable of processing multiple pieces of glass simultaneously, with high production efficiency.
The air circulation heating mode of "thermostat fan + convection chamber" is adopted to ensure the uniform temperature in each workstation of the glass laminating furnace. 
The unique gas bonding technology can completely eliminate the bubbles between the PVB/EVA film and the glass.
Energy consumption is less than 25KW, highly energy-efficient.
The temperatures of different workstations can be controlled separately, meeting the temperature requirements for different stages of laminated glass production.
