2.Structure
Glass Loading & Positioning System
The sensors placed on it automatically monitor the size and thickness of the glass, achieving precise positioning.
Te angle of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to prevent the glass from shifting.
It supports the transportation of single and double-pane glass.
Spacer Feeding & Heating Unit
The gasket groove is treated with anti-sticking coating, which is suitable for various flexible partition strips.
It is equipped with an internal constant-temperature heating system, enabling the flexible partition strips to reach the optimal bonding temperature.
Application Head Assembly
The core working components are responsible for the adhesion of flexible partition strips, corner bending and cutting
Equipped with V-shaped blades, it enables smooth corner transitions
Equipped with cutting blades, spacer applicator can precisely cut the end of the attachment.
The automatic tape taking and attaching system can attach side acrylic tape
Corner Bending & Sealing Mechanism
The angle is controlled by a servo motor, achieving precise and smooth 90° bending.
The last corner can be automatically sealed with mylar tape.
Control & Monitoring System
The control system adopts PLC + touch screen architecture, enabling real-time monitoring of the operating status.
Parameters can be preset and stored (such as glass size, spacer thickness, bonding speed, etc.)
Glass Transfer & Unloading Section
Use roller conveyance to prevent the glass from being scratched.

After receiving the goods, we will dispatch 1 authorized technician for a 20-day on-site installation, commissioning and training. The related expenses will be borne by the customer, including international air tickets and accommodation costs.
