The Wentrica Automatic Super Flexible Spacer Applicator is an advanced machine designed for automatic application of super flexible spacers in insulating glass (IGU) manufacturing. Featuring a 6°–9° inclined conveyor with roller transmission, the machine achieves a conveying speed of up to 30 m/min, ensuring efficient and continuous glass processing.
The machine automatically applies super spacers, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. Key movements, including applicator head lifting, head rotation, forward and backward movement, glass transportation, and suction cup movement, are all controlled by servo motors to ensure smooth and precise operation.
The machine mainly consists of an applicator head, suction cups, machine body, and Mylar tape device. With its automated operation and coordinated motion control, it provides an efficient solution for insulating glass manufacturers looking to improve spacer application productivity and automation.

Glass Loading & Positioning System
The sensors placed on it automatically monitor the size and thickness of the glass, achieving precise positioning.
Te angle of the conveyor belt can be adjusted to prevent the glass from shifting.
It supports the transportation of single and double-pane glass.
Spacer Feeding & Heating Unit
The gasket groove is treated with anti-sticking coating, which is suitable for various flexible partition strips.
It is equipped with an internal constant-temperature heating system, enabling the flexible partition strips to reach the optimal bonding temperature.
Application Head Assembly
The core working components are responsible for the adhesion of flexible partition strips, corner bending and cutting
Equipped with V-shaped blades, it enables smooth corner transitions
Equipped with cutting blades, spacer applicator can precisely cut the end of the attachment.
The automatic tape taking and attaching system can attach side acrylic tape
Corner Bending & Sealing Mechanism
The angle is controlled by a servo motor, achieving precise and smooth 90° bending.
The last corner can be automatically sealed with mylar tape.
Control & Monitoring System
The control system adopts PLC + touch screen architecture, enabling real-time monitoring of the operating status.
Parameters can be preset and stored (such as glass size, spacer thickness, bonding speed, etc.)
Glass Transfer & Unloading Section
